Location: Online, Live Zoom Class
Monthly online gatherings to engage in down regulation and light education around the Nervous System. These group sessions are centred around somatic practices where each practitioner has the chance to meet their own unique Nervous System and be guided through a felt sense experience. The aim is to tend and befriend the Nervous System each time we land together in this space.
Join us on the first Wednesday of every month from 8-9 pm.
